Phase 3 in our experienced gas history is to bring fuel to the end user in a most flexible, feasible transportation form – as LNG – Liquefied Natural Gas.

We are in partnership with Qatar Petroleum/ Qatargas since 1988, and will continue this partnership in the decades to come.

Since its beginnings, Qatargas has grown to now become world’s No.1 producer of LNG.

Qatargas maintains the biggest LNG tanker capacity in the world.

In November 2018, South Korean ship builders locked in 3 years worth of large-scale LNG carrier contracts - more than 50 orders with a value of $9 billion.

China too will build more tankers for Qatargas.

GeoLNG is GeoPetroleum’s trade name for the LNG division. It has its headquarters in the Middle Americas, so this part of the world is home turf, a region where the population has doubled during the last 60 years to 100 million people.

Including Brazil’s population of 212 million brings a total of 312 million and all are LNG end-users.
